Refund policy

north bark gear is built for movement, purpose, and the way you actually train with your dog. If something doesn’t hit right, here’s how we handle it.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to the order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

canada returns
For Canadian returns, return shipping costs will be calculated at the time the return is processed and deducted from the refund amount. Customers may also choose to ship the return using their preferred courier at their own expense.

united states returns
U.S. customers may request a prepaid return label from us for a flat fee of $35 USD, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers may also return items using a courier of their choice at their own expense.

rest of world returns (international orders)
For international returns outside Canada and the United States, return shipping costs will be calculated at the time the return is processed and deducted from the refund amount. Customers may also choose to ship returns using their preferred courier at their own expense.

sizing (lock it in before you buy)

This is performance gear. Fit isn’t optional.

If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering. We’d rather help you dial it in than have you pay for unnecessary shipping.
