3. Products & Orders

  • Our products are physical goods designed for dogs and their owners.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

  • Prices are listed in CAD or USD depending on your region. Taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
